If you are unsure, you can try out the first two Saturday morning interclub for free, after this time you must be registered and wearing the correct club uniform and your Colgate registration patch.
The club hires out club singlet's for competitive athletes for $5 for the season. This is paid at time of registration, and must be returned at the end of the season. Athletes are to provide their own black shorts.
Parent help:
Competition and club nights cannot run without parent help. We need extra help on Tuesday night so more events can be run at the same time. On Saturday morning our club is expected to run the high jump. A roster will be set up and you will need to help at least 5 times over the course of a season. This enables everyone to have their chance at being a spectator as well.
Tuesday night training:
Training is held on club nights from 6-7.30pm at Corstorphine Grounds, Middleton Rd. The events are rotated each week so all events are covered every 2-3weeks.
Cancellations:
Saturday morning cancellations: If the weather is bad, listen for cancellations on 97.4 More FM, Classic hits and Newstalk ZB. Cancellation line numbers are Dunedin 471 7555 & 474 8426.
Tuesday Night:
If the weather is bad or not enough help is available you will be contacted by someone from the club. This does not happen very often.
